Under your account dropdown (on desktop) you can find Previews Downloaded:
https://tunereel.com/my-account/history/preview-downloaded
Also, the preview file will have the ID number and track title, and look something like this:
TR-1234-A_-song-name--_tunereel.com_preview
You can then enter the number into the search bar and the song will come up.
