For your convenience, your membership will renew automatically – but you can cancel the renewal at any time.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your membership, contact us and we will refund you based on your usage and remaining period. If you didn’t license a single track you will receive a complete and full refund.
Can I still use the music I downloaded if I cancel my subscription?
When a license is acquired via a subscription, it is only valid as long as the end project was published before the subscription has expired.
How long is the license valid for subscription?
The license is valid forever. As long as you published the project that contains the music while having an active membership with TuneReel, you are permitted to keep that track in your project forever – even after your membership expires.
